What is the Dermafrac Dermal Infusion?

What is the Dermafrac Dermal Infusion?

Dermafrac uses a roller with 180 super fine needles, these needles gently puncture the top layers of skin and create a microchannel that allows your choice of solution to simultaneously penetrate the skin leaving you with plump, glowing, younger looking skin. These infusions are delivered exactly where they should in the dermal-epidermal junction. Dermafrac is very like microneedling although there is no downtime for the treatment.

Dermafrac Treatment at Skindulgenz

When you sign up for a Dermafrac dermal infusion, you are signing up for at least

90mins - 100mins of treatment time. Your treatment includes a complete facial which entails 2 cleanses, enzyme with steam, extractions if needed.

You can now choose a physical exfoliation of your choice Microdermabrasion or Dermaplane. This is done so we can ensure that the products we infuse into the skin in the next step penetrates deeper as we remove the dead skin cells just hovering over our natural skin.

After the physical exfoliation we do the dermal infusion. The nozzle that contains the needles is passed over the skin a number of times. While the needles do their work, the solution is channeled through the nozzle to be absorbed by the tiny skin punctures. This treatment is great for clients who have sensitive skin or clients suffering from Rosacea. Once we finish with the infusion. We then go ahead with LED light treatment especially to calm the redness down, but the Red LED is great for building collagen, reducing fine lines and in general calming the skin down. The treatment is followed up with a relaxing soothing mask.

While the treatment is not painful, it is a more intense skin workout than most facials! The solutions are pleasantly cooling against the skin and there is no numbing required or recovery time. Slight redness or faint scratches may remain after the treatment, depending on your skin’s sensitivity, but these will fade within a couple of hours. It is advised that you do not wear make up after the procedure for the evening or a few hours to ensure the best benefit from the treatment.
